What payment methods are accepted?

Vingioni accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: 
(1) Visa 
(2) Mastercard 
(3) American Express 
(4) PayPal


Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. At this time, we do not accept Vingioni gift cards.

If payment is not accepted online, please contact your bank for approval of your transaction or select an alternate form of payment. Please note that your billing address, phone number, and email must match the information on your credit card statement. 

Can I use multiple payment methods for my order?

At this time Vingioni.com is only able to accept one form of payment per order.

 

Will I be charged a sales tax?

All costs incurred from this sale are already included and reflected in the price you see on screen when adding your items to you cart

 

Shipping and Delivery

Vingioni ships through XXX. Vingioni is happy to provide free global shipping on all purchases.

Only one mailing address can be used per order at this time. Please place multiple orders should you require items to be sent to alternate locations

My item is a gift, do you provide gift wrapping?

All Vingioni items are packaged with luxury in mind. We believe all of our customers should be delighted with each order they make and this is reflected in our packaging choices.

 

What is your return policy?

For online purchases, Vingioni will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. 

Return merchandise must be post marked within 30 days from the date of delivery to vingioni.com. Online purchases may not be returned to any Vingioni retailer.

Vingioni will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged in transit.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Vingioni reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Vingioni’s sole discretion. 

Merchandise returned to Vingioni.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. 

For updates regarding your return, please contact info@vingioni.com and include the return tracking number. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

 

What can I do if I've ordered the wrong size?

Please contact info@vingioni.com prior to returning your item. Incorrectly sized item must remain in saleable condition upon return. Once the item has been receipted back by vingioni.com a correctly sized garment will be sent out in it's place. Please refer to the Vingioni website Size Guide as this will only be allowed once, any further discrepancy in size may incur further costs to you to exchange.

 

Will I be reimbursed my shipping costs to return my item?

Vingioni gift our customers with free global shipping. Any cost for returns will remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed after the product has been returned.
